New Earth Residential LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Service Technician to perform general maintenance in our vibrant communities. The role includes on-call responsibilities, timely completion of service requests, and ensuring resident spaces and equipment are clean, functional, and safe.

This full-time, on-site position requires a valid driver's license, own tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC/R certification may be needed for higher pay. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong business foundation.
• HVAC/R certification required for higher rate.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with customer service focus.
• Self-motivated, able to manage time and meet goals.

• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged.
• Skilled in tracking inventory of materials and parts.

Responsibilities
