Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance in community spaces and occupied apartments. You will respond to on-call requests, work to complete service orders promptly, and contribute to overall resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and HVAC/R knowledge; bilingual applicants are encouraged. The role includes an on-site team, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth within a vibrant community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to handle emergency calls after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and residences.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied units promptly and to standards.
• Oversee maintenance and preventive programs to preserve property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas."
• Provide courteous, 5-star service to residents.
