• Three years of experience as a residential property maintenance technician.

• High school diploma or GED; ability to read/write English.
• /n
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• /n
• Strong communication with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.
