Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues across our properties. You will complete service requests promptly, ensure units are rent-ready, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, ability to work on-call, and strong communication with residents and the team. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs per standards in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready after maintenance work.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with painting as needed.
