Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments across our communities. You will handle preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, and report concerns as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including on-call.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
• Work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating on-call schedule.
