Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to promptly address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work. You will prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds, while conducting inspections to identify repairs.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, knowledge of housing laws, a valid driver’s license, in-house security awareness, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable), and interior repairs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
