Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, ensuring market-ready apartments. You will conduct preventative maintenance and maintain grounds, reporting concerns as needed.

Required are strong troubleshooting skills, a High School diploma, knowledge of housing laws, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend shifts and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Must be able to work weekends and after-hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
