Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across residential properties. A 2-3 year maintenance background and a valid driver’s license are required, with flexibility for on-call rotation.

You will complete service requests, keep apartments rent-ready, perform preventative maintenance, assist with painting, and uphold Vivmark safety policies to ensure an incident-free environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to rotate on-call schedule.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Ability to read policies and safety SDS.
• Knowledge of PPE and chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and paint tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs to standards and timeliness.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready quickly.
• Performs turnkey work as required.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains a safety-focused culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per standards.
