Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC where applicable. You will prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas, reporting issues during inspections.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot, handle on-call emergencies, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• EPA 608 Certification or equivalent is beneficial (Bonus Qualifications).
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation if vehicle use is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Support on-call emergencies outside standard hours as needed.
