Timberland Partners in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 252-unit property. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to deliver an outstanding living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, ensuring safety, and performing make-readies with final inspections. A rotating on-call schedule is required with on-call stipends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliances.
• Experience with apartment turnover/make-ready.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and daily maintenance needs.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards for a welcoming environment.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents and property.
• Perform seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide rotating on-call emergency support and timely issue resolution.
• Uphold safety procedures and industry standards to ensure team and resident safety.
