Timberland Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Oak Ridge at Pelham, a 252-unit community in Greenville, SC. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to create a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, on-call availability, and a commitment to safety. Competitive hourly pay ($25–$28) plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience; residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred
• CPO license preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances
• Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.
