Timberland Partners’ Westbury in Howell, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across a 131-unit community. You’ll help deliver an outstanding living experience and keep residents proud to call it home.

Responsibilities include responding to resident work requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, and performing make-readies with on-call coverage on a rotating

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.
