Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to maintain residential properties on-site in the United States. The role focuses on completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and ensuring buildings meet safety and quality standards.

Essential duties include preparing vacant units, inspecting work, managing supplies, and assisting in cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts. The position entails physical labor and occasional travel to other properties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certification requirements for all technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing, completes pre-move-out inspection, and schedules vendors.
• Obtains materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering.
