Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in Omaha, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and reliable operation.

You will diagnose issues from resident requests, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, manage materials, document tasks, support make-ready processes, and cooperate with contractors while upholding Greystar's safety standards and service quality.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a property/building setting.
• Knowledge of safety standards and code requirements.
• Valid driver's license to operate on-site equipment/vehicles.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Track inventory and manage tools, returning unused items.
• Document all work orders promptly and accurately for records.
• Assist grounds and common areas maintenance and cleanliness.
