Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance on a large rental property portfolio.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification is required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required (if applicable).
• Driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-readys to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials and track inventory; notify supervisor for re-orders.
