Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, complete make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, manage materials, document work performed, assist with grounds maintenance, and support cost-control programs by using parts efficiently and following safety

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by making ready and inspecting work.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors and contractors.
• Documents service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans, paints, and performs related tasks.
• Supports cost-cutting by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
