Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting the make-ready process for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include inventory management, documenting service requests, and assisting in grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, Type 2 or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and Local jurisdictions certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch list creation, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manages materials and inventory from maintenance to track usage and re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, assists in cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and supports cost-control efforts.
