Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance or related experience.
• HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair interior/exterior features and respond to work orders promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and inspect common areas.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and compliant documentation.
• Be on-call as required and communicate effectively with residents.
