Job summary

Invitation Homes in Boulder, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate maintenance and repairs on single-family rental homes. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems, complete work orders, and conduct move-in/move-out inspections to ensure homes are ready for residents.

You will coordinate with vendors, follow safety protocols, and maintain documentation while delivering responsive service to residents and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance and repairs in single-family homes.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance systems.
• Proficiency in completing and documenting work orders accurately.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and applicable codes.
• Excellent communication with residents and internal teams.
