Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II for Rivershore in Bay Point, CA. You will maintain the community, handle maintenance requests, and prepare vacant units for occupancy, contributing to safety and visual appeal.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across appliances, systems, and common areas, with on-call duties and a focus on resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of experience are required; HVAC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license for community vehicles.
• Must participate in on-call rotation.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Multi-Family housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments and ensure market-ready condition.
• Conduct fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the community is free of unsafe conditions and address issues promptly.
