Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II in Oxnard, CA, to drive maintenance and upkeep across the community. You will handle resident requests promptly, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and contribute to a clean, safe, and appealing living environment.

The role requires hands-on residential property maintenance experience, strong customer service, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Technically proficient in residential property maintenance.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, flooring, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, pools, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect and prepare vacated apartments for new residents, ensuring market-ready condition.
• Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests in the mobile app.
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests with professionalism.
• Ensure the community is free of unsafe conditions and address issues promptly.
