Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, exteriors, doors, locks, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments to meet market-ready standards.
• Conduct fire and life/safety and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests and apartment readiness.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure no unsafe conditions and address issues promptly.
• Familiar with utility cut-offs and property maps.
• Keep grounds clean and report service needs.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
