Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and improve our Oxnard community. You will handle resident and community maintenance requests, ensure cleanliness and safety, and prepare vacant units for occupancy, contributing to first impressions and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years in residential maintenance, a valid license, and willingness to participate in the on-call rotation. HVAC certification is preferred, with multifamily experience valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles.
• Able to participate in the mandatory on-call rotation.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Multifamily housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pools, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect and prepare vacated apartments for new residents to meet market-ready standards.
• Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and apartment readiness through the facilities app.
