Bellwether Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Facilities Management team at a Downtown Seattle property. You will perform routine groundskeeping, janitorial tasks, painting, and preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas safe and well-maintained.

The role requires a valid Washington State driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a non-traditional schedule as needed. On-site, Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours emergencies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year in property management or related field.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine groundskeeping, janitorial, painting, preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Review work orders with the Property Manager and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain records per city, state, and federal guidelines.”
• Respond to tenant emergencies as the point of contact.
