Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. in Oroville, CA is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for Lincoln Village (61 units). You will perform daily repairs, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and manage service requests to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety and curb appeal.

Required are two+ years in residential maintenance, basic tool ownership, and strong English communication. EPA license is preferred; experience with Yardi is a plus, with on-call duties and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment.
• EPA I & II or EPA Universal technician license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi property management software products.
• On call rotation and basic tools ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete training, logs, and reports in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company policies.
• Assist in preventative maintenance planning and curb appeal upkeep.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
