Realty Center Management Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Village at Iron Blossom in Reno, NV. You will perform preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and prepare apartment homes for new residents to keep the property safe, functional, and visually appealing.

The role combines hands-on trades, problem solving, and resident service in a fast-paced community. Requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC certification preferred; HS diploma or GED and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents and ensure units are safe, functional, and visually appealing.
• Diagnose and complete repairs for work orders; respond to maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and track inventory.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and assist with special projects.
