Job summary

Atrium Management Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, on-call calls, and daily property upkeep.

You will report to the Property Manager and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, assist with make-readies, and deliver high-quality resident service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role operates on a full-time schedule with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall and appliance repairs.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptable and dependable.
• Experience with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Knock).

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests efficiently and on time.
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Inspect community and record deficiencies.
• Manage on-call duties and respond to emergencies.
• Keep inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Assist with make-readies and coordinate with vendors.
