Job summary

Waterton in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician I to maintain the community and its equipment in accordance with company guidelines. You will perform make-readies, preventive maintenance, service requests, janitorial duties, and help maintain a hazard-free environment to deliver a great resident experience.

You will also uphold safety standards and work with a team to ensure residents live in well-kept surroundings.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration in a role supporting residential operations.
• Problem solving and multi-tasking to handle maintenance requests.
• Excellent customer service skills for residents.
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology or systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy with make-ready processes including inspections and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
