Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy, including inspections and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain records.
• Ensure community areas are clean and free from debris.
• Use safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
