Waterton is seeking a Helper A Janitor to support our mission of providing a great place to live for residents. You will perform make-readies, preventive maintenance, service requests, janitorial duties, and help maintain a hazard-free community.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to safety standards in a union environment. Experienced maintenance or trades workers are preferred, with EPA-CFC and EPA-LBP certifications valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• Experience with apartment maintenance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy through thorough make-readies.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the community and common areas.
