Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for occupancy, performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs as part of the make-ready process. You will also conduct preventive maintenance and maintain clear records.

Additionally, you will complete resident service requests, assist in keeping grounds and common areas clean, and uphold safety standards while working in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar (commercial retail or other residential) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy, including inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
