Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across our apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installations of new appliances as needed, while ensuring timely completion of resident service orders.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. On-call availability may be required; the job emphasizes safety, curb appeal, and adherence to OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
