Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, and to install appliances as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC knowledge, and EPA Type I/II certifications preferred. On-call availability may be required; a valid driver's license is helpful. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property grounds.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and all health, safety and environmental laws.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
