Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. The role involves installing appliances, responding to resident service requests promptly, and helping maintain curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal of the property.
• Comply with OSHA and health, safety, and environmental laws.
