Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing apartment community systems, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, and installing new appliances as needed.

You will ensure resident service orders are completed promptly and help maintain the property's exterior curb appeal while adhering to OSHA, health, safety and environmental regulations. On-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property appearance.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
