Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Acacia at Youngtown, AZ, is seeking a Service Technician to deliver top‑notch resident experiences. You will handle repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, while maintaining safety and quality in our communities.

You will respond to work orders quickly, communicate clearly with residents, and collaborate with the Property Manager to keep properties in excellent condition. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification desired/required depending on property.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and alert management to issues.
