Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. Diagnose issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, document work orders on mobile devices, and help residents enjoy safe, well‑maintained homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and work order systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders accurately using company mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies for daily maintenance tasks.
• Assist with renovations, turns, and quality control checks.
• Provide high-level customer service as the primary field representative.
