Job summary
Maymont Homes is seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform repairs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. You will ensure homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, delivering prompt service and quality craftsmanship.
You will diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, complete work orders on mobile devices, and support renovations. A High school diploma and 3+ years in residential maintenance are required; certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of residential maintenance experience or related field.
- Proficiency with mobile technology and work order systems.
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and complete repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
- Complete and document work orders accurately using company-issued mobile devices.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies required for daily maintenance.
- Assist with renovations, turns, and quality control checks to support property readiness.
- Provide a high level of customer service as the primary field representative.
