Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. You will diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, document work orders via mobile devices, and help with renovations and quality checks to keep homes safe and functional.

The role requires 3+ years in residential maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and work order systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders accurately and promptly using company-issued mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for daily maintenance activities.
• Support property readiness by assisting with renovations, turns, and quality control checks.
• Provide a high level of customer service as the primary field representative.
