Job summary

Maymont Homes, a Brookfield Properties company, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. The role ensures homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, supporting asset preservation and operational efficiency.

The candidate will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, document work orders via mobile devices, and coordinate with dispatch and vendors to meet service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in mobile technology and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders using company-issued mobile devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Assist with renovations, turns, and quality control checks.
• Provide a high level of customer service as the primary field representative.
