Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. You will diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, document work orders, and ensure homes are safe and functional for residents.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, renovations, and supporting property readiness while delivering excellent customer service as the on-site field representative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in mobile technology and work order systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
• Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders accurately and promptly using company-issued mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for daily maintenance activities.
• Support property readiness by assisting with renovations, turns, and quality control checks.
• Provide a high level of customer service as the primary field representative.
