Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of upkeep tasks at an assigned community. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and curb appeal while delivering strong resident service.

The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, may require weekends/holidays, and offers on-call rotation. A valid EPA certification is preferred, with a likely need to live within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and conduct inspections.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safety practices.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and move-in/move-out support.
• Address resident complaints and maintain accurate records.
