Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Wentworth Apartments portfolio in Aurora, CO. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and support the Maintenance Supervisor on projects in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of trash and debris.
