Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Bell Lansbrook Village in Palm Harbor, FL. The technician will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general mechanical repairs, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role emphasizes safety, resident privacy, and responsive service to residents and staff. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on the community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, as scheduled or requested.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA requirements and protect resident privacy.
