Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks at our communities. You’ll handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while upholding safety and resident privacy.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Bell Partners fosters growth, competitive benefits, and an inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School degree or equivalent
• Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility
• Basic understanding and ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns
• Report malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly
• Respect resident privacy and seek proper authorization before entry
• Keep maintenance items in safe areas to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
• Coordinate with vendors (landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.) as instructed
• Follow all safety and OSHA requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
