Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks at our community. This role supports residents and staff while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a commitment to Bell Core Values. The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and ongoing training within a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior and exterior maintenance for the community.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist with groundskeeping and vendor coordination as needed.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect property rules.
