Job summary

Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing maintenance across single-family rental homes in the Goose Creek area. The role supports operations by ensuring homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining tools and inventory, and upholding safety and compliance standards while delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in mobile technology and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
• Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders accurately and promptly using company-issued mobile devices.
