Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications relevant to the region (EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing/electrical/appliance repair) within 9 months of hire.
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
