Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to handle ongoing facility maintenance and repairs for our multifamily property. You will respond to work orders, support on-call emergencies, engage with residents, and keep amenities like the pool and clubhouse in top condition.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, with experience in carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience (residential or hospitality).
• Light carpentry and minor electrical or plumbing repairs.
• Experience with HVAC systems and a safety-first approach.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing facility maintenance and repairs for multifamily property.
• Address work orders and respond to maintenance emergencies as on-call rotates.
• Engage with residents in units and around the property with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Maintain cleanliness of the property, including amenities like pool and clubhouse.
• Maintain a safe working environment for the team and safe living environment for residents.
