Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance at a multifamily property in Chesapeake, VA. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while contributing to safety and satisfaction.

The position requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility for on‑call duties. On-site, full-time hours with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC‑related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
